well...i was officially accepted into the BFA (bachelor of fine arts) program as of monday...
im actually really excited about it now--which is good cause who knows how long it will now take me to graduate...im hoping for next december, but who knows.
Todd (my printmaking teacher) is now my new advisor--and he had me put down printmaking for my major concentration, which isnt exactly what i want to do. i really need to talk to carol (my metals teacher) and discuss the pros and cons of metals verses prints as my major. My plan has been to get my major in metalsmithing and split my minor between painting and printmaking. In class the other day Todd said, "i'll just be blunt with you--your 2D work is way more exciting then your 3D work" which is totally true based on the slides i had submitted for my BFA portfolio, but my current metals work is fairly exciting (i think) so when i get some of that done, i think i will show them to Todd and get some feedback. Im not sure how it is for other majors (or even other art schools) but at UAF the art teachers are really great--everyone is on a first name basis and they are all very willing to help you with whatever you need--carol and i even call each other on our cell phones to check up on how things are going with my projects and materials...hahah!
so anyways, im once again excited about school. i should technically be graduating this semester (this is the last semester of my 4th year) but i only just now got into the degree program i want to pursue so i feel that i now have a renewed sense of vision and goals which is good cause im going to be in school for at least 3 more semesters...*and maybe forever if i dont pass math...

well...its more of a story i guess...
"My professor probably thinks I am crazy. I'm not blind to the strange looks he gives me. I always sit in the back corner, staring at the walls, with some sort personal problem happening. Incessant blinking caused by an inside out contact, sniffling as a result of a cold, and today- a random squawk and groping of the nose as I tried to figure out whether or not I had thrown my nose ring across the room." --Lisa Smith

well my dear readers, i survived new years--what the scottish refer to as "hogmanay".
our trio went out to lisa's friend Brian's house in Arbroath to spend hogmanay. Brians mother was very nice, and cooked alot of yummy food. The party started soon after we arrived that evening, and ended with about 100 or more people coming through the house before "the bells" (they say midnight is "the bells" because all the churches will ring their bells at midnight--and apparently if you go down by the church you get to make-out with members of the police force...its tradition...hahah). I also enjoyed traditional scottish food, such as stovies and hagis...(well, i didnt really "enjoy" the hagis--its ground up parts of random animals, mixed with oatmeal and other brans, stuffed in sheep stomach...*ugh) but the stovies (basically just potatoes and onions cooked in roast beef broth) was amazing. i will have to make them sometime...:)
so as the night progressed, I tried to enjoy myself, seeing how i was in a strange home, with a whole heck of alot of drunk scottish and irish people, and away from my friends (michael, pam, gordon--i miss you guys!!! and all you others as well of course...:P). One drunk girl tried to befriend me i guess, and demanded that eat part of her scottish sausage sandwich and then go outside where "the real party was going on". I reluctently aggreed (mainly to get her to stop saying the F word at me...haha)and i found out that she is an artist (sort of) and i wound up talking to a strange little scottish guy about art (he kept inching towards me with this impish grin...i didnt like that) and then some totally wasted guy from Belfast Ireland kept appologizing for something (i had no idea what he was talking about). I personally drank alot of coffee that night, hahah...
But soon i was able to escape back into the kitchen, where a heated argument happened between don (a catholic) and Blair (an atheist). At first i had been part of the discussion, but i got out soon because i wasnt agreeing with half of what don was saying anyways, and i didnt feel like taking the both of them at once. :p I really liked what Blair had to say--im not saying that i agree with his position, but i like the fact that he raises hard questions and he didnt seem to be bothered that i didnt agree with him, so it was nice. Blair's thinking reminds me of CS Lewis--he is one of those very logical thinkers, which is cool.
anyways, so i finally went to bed, after having quite a long night of stovies and drunks (brians mom was cool with all this too! i mean, she was there the whole time! *how weird...)
we then spent the next day just lounging around, watching Fraiser rerunds...:P i had wanted to go and take pictures, because arbroath is a little fishing community out in the country, but by the time we had gotton up and ready, the sun was about to set (it sets around 4:30pm around here in december/january) so the picture thing was shot...
then the following day, we headed to Edinburgh where we did some starbucks drinking, thrift store shopping (got 2 cool scarves! yeah!), walked to the castle and then we went on a Ghost tour, which was alot of fun. Our guide was hilarious and he was dressed in this long leather jacket that went almost to the ground. As we were walking to one of the buildings, we passed these 2 really drunk scottish people, who were cursing up a storm and screaming at someone. Our guide then turned and said, "welcome to scotland" and the drunk guy said, "FUCK OFF, THIS IS FUCKING SERIOUS!" and alot more stuff, and our guide pretended to run away...hahahah...anyways, the guide described how a family of 4 had been killed because people thought they were witches and they did NOT die a pleasant death...for those of you who dont know, i get quite woosey when i think of things that gross me out, and i was starting to feel that on the tour...i warned lisa that she may have to carry me back, hahah. Our guide then took us to a graveyard where tons of history took place--the little dog who was given the keys to the city of edinburgh was buried there (i dont have time to go into the story), charles dickens saw a gravestone there inscribed with "Ebenezer Scoge- a mean man" (or so he thought that is what it said), JK Rowlings apparently wrote the first harry potter book from the room of one of the buildings that look over the graveyard, mary shelley visited there while there was all this body snatching going on (she wrote "Frankenstein" in case you didnt know), and alot more stuff involving Dracula, Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde, and Charles Darwin but i cant remember all the details...:P
so after spending a while in several sections of this way creepy graveyard at night, we then went to the locked section where the Mackenzie Poltergeist has attacked lots of people over the last 6 years. When he mentioned the name of the poltergeist, i thought to myself, "oh yes! i've heard of this one!" (im dorky and i like to watch all those history channel ghost stuff) and so we got to go into the area of the graveyard that is normally locked. Then, all of our tour (maybe 25 of us or more?)crammed into this one particular large tomb thing where our guide continued on his creepy stories. we were all in there, packed like sardines, when, apparently a man in a scream mask jumped from outside the tomb and boy, let me tell you, the screams were quite loud...hahahah! and at the same time, everyone tried to make a mad dash towards the back of the tomb, so we all just got quite up close and personal with everyone, lol...
anyways, so i enjoyed learning a bit about edinburgh. I actually think it is my favorite city we have been to--its so pretty in a way that is very different from the very old stuff of rome, and its much prettier then paris. i mean, there isnt too much to do there, other then shop, but it has a great look and atmosphere...definetely my favorite...:)
well, my gosh, this update is definetely long enough...i shall now retire to bed, for tomorrow will be my last day in scotland! we had spent today in glasgow just shopping and we went to the modern art museum earlier in the day--very fun--i was inspired by several of the prints there...anyways, adios! this may be my last update from europe! *how weird is that!

ok, so here is what you've missed in my life...;)
Rome was a pretty fun city--we took this on-and-off bus (you pay for a day ticket where you can hop on and off the tour bus as they drive you around the city telling you about the sites) It was pretty fun. Our first day, we just rode the bus around and did some shopping...we went to the Vatican and walked around inside the basillica and we put our hands in the "boca della verita", or, "the mouth of truth". It is a large stone face, where, legend says if your a liar and you place your hand in the mouth, your hand will be taken off. Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck put their hands in it in "Roman Holiday" (the best romance movie of all times...if you havent watched it, borrow it from me...) :)we also went to other sites from the movie, such as the spanish steps where gregory just "happens" to run into audrey again while she is eating gelato...
then, the next day, we walked around rome--we did some shopping, got some amazing gelato (ice cream), walked through roman ruins, took pictures, and just enjoyed being in the city...
then that night...disaster struck...
lisa and i were doing some last minute shopping/enjoying a cappachino while don was mailing some xmas cards. we had agreed to meet at the baggage claim area at the train station so that we could grab our bags from the lockers, get our bus to the airport, and then catch our flight...
well, when lisa and i arrived, we couldnt find don...(this makes like the 3rd time we have lost that boy...)we quickly did a search and then left to get our bus...we couldnt afford to miss the bus and then miss our flight back to glasgow--too much money involved...so we just prayed that don would go the bus station and be there to meet us..
he wasnt...
lisa and i did frantic searching and then angered cursing as our bus pulled out of the station and we began our hour trip to the airport...we didnt know what had happened to don, but hopefully he would make it for his flight...
we checked into our flight, and we spent about an hour waiting for don, and still, no don...we finally went to our gate and while we were there, don strolls up to us, and says, "i dont even want to talk about it, we are all here, thats what matters" but of course we talked about it...hahah
apparently, don had arrived at the bag depot before us and when we didnt show up, he went looking for us...he then went to the bus station and got on the bus, but then got off when we still never showed up (which makes no sense--we were there on the bus waiting so we think there were 2 buses) and he went looking for us, afraid that we had been pulled into some dark alleyway...haha...anyways, we did all make it to scotland which was good...
and so the past few days, we have just been hanging around glasgow...don and i went to stirling today, but after missing our first bus, we arrived to find that the on and off bus for stirling doesnt run in the winter and it was snowing and freezing and everything was about to close, so we just took the next bus back to glasgow...haha...i would really like to go to stirling someday, but it will have to be a summer thing...stirling is where basically all the battles in "Braveheart" took place...
tomorrow, we go to Arbroath to visit lisa's friend Brian and stay with him for new years...we then will go spend a day in edinburgh and then more time around glasgow and then back to the usa!!! im looking forward to coming home...ive had a blast but traveling becomes weary after 2 weeks...
alright...im done talking...ciao! (oh wait, its "cheers" again now...*im so confused...)

a short update...
we have arrived in rome-the city of pick-pocketers...its very dark and rainy here, the first place on our trip we have had questionable weather...but i actually enjoy the rain, and thankfully, it is much warmer here then it was up in northern italy where we were earlier today...
we left the chesebros this morning...i was really sad to go...i have had so much fun there the past few days--met alot of great people and just had a wonderful and relaxing christmas (i wish i could have just stayed...:)
i slept most of our train ride here, and our hostel is right by the train station and it is very nice--it even has a cute roof terrace/garden that i shall have to enjoy once the rain clears up...
im not sure how much time i have left here at this internet place, so im going to just keep this brief...hope you all are having a wonderful xmas break from school or work or whatever, and i shall see you soon! (well, some of you...:P)
post a comment
i write to you, from the glorious country of Italy...
i am in love (even though this is NOT paris--"the city of luuuvveee")...not with an italian mind you, but with the quaintness, charm and beauty of italy...
*ok, im done being dorky...
so we arrived on the night of the 22nd and our plan was to go to take the train to florence the next morning and spend the night there in a hostel, and then take the train back to Aviano (where my friends live). But alas, we found out too late that trains are hard to book during holiday times and we could not find a single ticket to florence. so we wound up losing our hostel money (luckily, only around 30 euro) and instead, we spend the next day in Venice, which was very beautiful. Shopping was good there as well...;)
we have then spent the last few days flipping around Aviano--warren chesebro has been our personal tour guide, and has chauffered us around--taking us to beautiful little places all around their home. We have also learned much about wine, as the chesebros have been teaching us how wine is made, how to serve it, etc. (oh we are so cultured now...haha...)
last night, for xmas eve, we went to the chesebros church for a candlelight service, and then as we were leaving, some of the "singles" (their college-age sunday school class that the chesebros teach) invited us to go to hear some blues music. we of course couldnt pass this up, and so we went and listened to an Italian blues band sing american blues songs...haha--the girl that sang, was AMAZING...*well, at least ben (one of the guys that went with us) and i liked it...her voice was amazing and very raw sounding...i loved it and would have bought a cd, had she had one...:) so it was great so have spent xmas eve, in a bar, in italy, listening to amazing blues music...*memories...
then today, we have spent our time eating tons of food, as the chesebros had about half of their church over here--it was very fun. Lisa spent the day in the kitchen, and she loved it...haha...then later in the evening, jake, one of the other "singles" (what a weird title eh?) and i played guitar for a while outside...very fun...
anyways, tomorrow morning, we are off to rome and i shall really miss this place...lisa and i have already planned to come back for spring break 2007...the chesebros are going to take us to poland! *giddy with excitement...
well, i need to get off here...gotta pack! hope you all have a very merry xmas!!!
buon natale!

1. i am getting sick--i went to sleep with a sore throat and unfortunetely, i woke up with an even sorer one...*crap...
2. they are painting the railways of this hostel fuscia purple, and as i was climbing them the other day, i got purple all over my mittens...*im not sure it will ever come off...what a way to remember this hostel (the hostel is Aloha Hostel by the way--lol...)
3. the boy of possibly latin descent who was staying in our room the past few nights, woke up this morning around the same time that i did and as he looked at his watch, i heard him speak his first words...
"oh shit"
hahahah...what is even funnier, is he said it with this little accent...:P
he then proceeded to scury about the room, trying to get all his stuff together and then, he was out the door and left our lives for forever...
ah, i shall always remember paris...;P

oh and i forgot that we have been taking jumping pics at random places...so much fun...hehehe...

(the sound of elvis is being played at the hostel while i write this...haha)
so lisa, don and i did get a good nights sleep last night, despite the fact that our poor roommate (who we still havent met because he came in after we were asleep) coughed his head off for the last little bit we were trying to sleep...he apparently has a nasty cold, and a few hours ago, i have noticed that my throat doesnt feel quite normal and i am praying that i wont get sick...
We got going fairly early this morning and took the metro out to Sacre-couer (the sacred-heart cathedral). Right below the church is the park where amelie leaves clues for nino to get his book back in the movie Amelie. (there's your movie trivia for the day...:p) Anyways, it was a very cute place--we walked around the tiny streets and did a bit of shopping (i got an olive green wool hat that the men wear over here...:P)I think that perhaps it was my favorite place we have seen in Paris--from church (its on the highest part of that city) you can see out over paris...i liked it alot...
we then went to the Louvre, where we spent several hours looking at art--cimabue,leonardo da vinci, rembrant, giotto, and so many others paintings were there. We also spent alot of time perusing the greek and roman statues, seeing the famous Venus de Milo and others. and of course, we saw the mona lisa--a tiny painting, surrounded by so much security that you cant even get up to it and get a good look...*lame...
so after wandering around, we then went to the Champs-elyees to look at the Triumphal Arch and we spent alot of time trying to find a starbucks, but alas, no such luck--therefore, lisa and i have had a 2 day caffeine headache (which we plan to cure tonight--apparently there is coffee downstairs at this hostel...YEAH!)
tomorrow, our plan is to just sleep in, then spend some time here planning what we want to do in Italy, and then get to the airport early to catch our flight...tomorrow evening, my friends the Chesebros will pick us up at the venice airport and we will spent that night with them, then the next day and night in florence, and then back to their place for Christmas! it will be so weird not having christmas at home with my family--or snow...but it will be fun...:)
well, thats it for now--my time is almost up...talk to you guys later, and REPLY TO MY POSTS WILL YA? SHEESH! ;)

well my dear readers, our trio has arrived in Paris..."the city of luuuuvveee" ;)Today has been an eventful day, full of spending time being lost...
lisa and i started our day by getting up and hoping on the tube to get to the airport. we were mislead by several people that to fly to paris, we needed terminal 4...it wasnt until we got there that we realized we needed terminal 1 (about a 5min subway trip) and we were already running late--the 3 of us (don met us at the airport after he also went to terminal 4) barely made our plane...
once arriving in paris, we got lost in the airport trying to get out...hahaha...pretty sad, but true--(what can you do when you dont read french?) we wound up in the parking garage after waiting for the stupid elevator for like 10min but we finally found an informative person (who spoke broken english--but she was so funny!) to help us get to the bus station.
i have to say that im not that fond of paris. it isnt very pretty (trash and graffiti everywhere) and while the people have been really nice, i dont really think that paris is all that. we went out to the eiffel tower tonight--it was very pretty at night, and on our way back to our hostel (a 30min walk)i got seperated from lisa and don due to traffic interference (aka: i didnt want to get run over) and i thought they would stop for me. i then got stuck at another stop light and by the time i got out i had lost them...
*great i think to myself...im lost in friggen paris-- i have no idea where i am or where im going and i dont speak a lick of french...
so i did what they tell you do when your lost--stay put...*sort of...
i wandered around, trying to find them and after about 5 or so minutes, i started to say things like, "*$#@" and "*^$#" (thank goodness no one could understand me...;) )
i then finally get my bearings(sp?) and i start to head down a particular street, and after walking a bit, i see don, frantically walking and searching for me. haha...apparently when lisa and he found out i was missing, he took off running...hahahaha...
so its been an eventful day so far...i am currently suffering from a caffeine headache, since we have been unsuccessful at finding a starbucks here...*oh the pain...
well this shall be my update for now--tomorrow we are going to the Louvre and back to the eiffel tower to take some jumping pics! how fun will that be! :P
PS: this hostel seems ok--there is a boy in our room we think--we havent met him yet though (all the hostels in paris are co-ed, but at least we have don in our room so we only have to have 1 stranger...yeah!)

well here i am, in the second of approximately 10 cities planned on our europe trip...the weather is still pretty nippy and i am now wishing i had brought my long-johns (even though lisa laughs at that idea...:p)
i am currently sitting at an internet cafe,(the keyboard is messed up here...arg...)a few blocks from the British Museum where lisa, don and i spent our early afternoon. I was so glad to spend several hours there, after lisa and i's morning coffee at the starbucks across the street, because the last time i was at the british museum, i had a grand total of 20 min (guided tour trips overseas suck--it is so much more rewarding to plan your own trip).
anways, lisa and i arrived in london early yesterday morning, (after having about 3 hours of sleep for me, and none for lisa)-- we then met up with don at a starbucks (are you seeing a trend? :p) by his hostel. We then spent the day, flippin about the city (the tube is great, isnt it?)taking pictures. Our plan was to spend that evening doing the jack the ripper walk, but we found out that you have to purchase your tickets in advance, and there wouldnt be an opening until wednesday (but we will be in france by then...)So we then made a plan to just sleep--so lisa and i grabbed our huge bags and took the tube WAY out to the middle of nowhere (about 45 min on the tube) to get to our hotel (all over the uk until the end of the year, hotels are only $20 a night-therefore, only $10 for each of us...pretty sweet eh?)
once we get to our destination, we realize we have landed in ghetto vile--graffiti everywhere, dark alleys...(it reminded us both of the states--especially phoenix, haha)
so we start walking to our hotel and thankfully, (a) the tube station isnt far from our hotel, and (b) our hotel is actually very nice--with a nice large bed, a sofa, tv and a nice clean bathroom. by this time, lisa and i are so exhausted we decide to just go to bed, even though it is only 4:30 or 5pm (there however was much giggling and snorting involved before going to sleep...*everything is funny when you havent slept if 4 days...)Lisa and i then finally get up at around 7:30 (meaning that we both slept for about 14 hours :p)and amazingly, we both felt much better...hahaha
anyways, there is my latest update...and here are some bullet points of interest...
1. tomorrow we leave around 10:30am for paris 2. tonight we are seeing a broadway play called Blood Brothers (suppose to be excellent based on lisa's recommendation) 3. food is freakishly expensive and there is NO free water anywhere (well, don did find one place--and it moved him so much that he took a picture of it--hahahaha) so lisa and i went to a store, where we bought bread and cheese (its cheddar, but its white and smells like rubber) so that is what we are living on...bread, cheese and coffee (its only a few dollars more then water...sheesh...) 4. speaking of no free water, lisa and i were drinking out of our bathroom facet in our hotel...*just thought i would add that...:p 5. at trafalgar square yesterday, we met an indian man who is some kind of pigeon man (the square is filled with pigeons) and he was able to get pigeons to land on don's head...*pics to come...;) 6. everyone--do NOT expect me to bring you back anything from the uk...for those of you on my "list" your gifts will either come from france or italy--where the € (euro) has a much better exchange rate then the £ (pound), which is currently almost $2 to the pound...*i just wanted to type those...they are on the keys here...haha... 7. do not say "pants" in the uk, because it means "underwear"...i have already slipped several times...:p
alrighty--im out of here...cheers, and remember, mind the gap! :p
post a comment
ok, after my latest entry, lisa and i headed out to "flip" about Glasgow...we took the "clockwork orange" (scotlands version of the "tube" or subway system)and went to the busiest shopping area of glasgow--apparently Glasgow is second to London in the world of shopping (and if you have been to london, you know that is saying alot...)
we mainly window shopped due to the fact that the exchange rate right now is dreadfully horrible--almost $2 to the pound...so our shopping was limited to a piece of garlic bread (they have a stand that sold just garlic and cheese bread! how amazing is that!) and lisa and i split a glass of mulled wine (a scottish tradition--its hot wine with lots of spices like nutmeg and the like...)
(oh, and what i said last time about not seeing any one with kilts and bagpipes yet...we saw them at the market--hahah) there are ALOT of musicians at the market, playing on the sidewalks--and they played mostly american country music like (and i kid you not) "sweet home alabama" and "ghost riders in the sky"...hahaha...
so after fighting our way through throngs of busy xmas shoppers, lisa and i walked back to her flat, where i took a nap and she made more of our travel arrangements...we then went and met ewan and his flatmate, Steve? (i cant remember his name...:P) at some bar about a 30min walk from her flat...and might i add that it is COLD here...very brisk...anyways, thankfully we didnt stay at the bar--it was filled was lots of people and obnoxious american club music...haha...so we went to a slightly quieter pub and sat and talked for a while, before lisa and i made the boys go to the "Beanscene"--a UK coffeeshop chain--so that they could see how WE like to hang out in Fairbanks (aka--good coffee, no alcohol). The coffeeshop was very cool--gave me alot of ideas for my coffeeshop i shall open one day...:)
we then came back to lisa's flat, and that is where we are now--its is currenlty 2:21am local time (we are 9 hours ahead of alaska) and lisa and i have to catch a taxi at 4:30am to catch our flight to london, where we will meet up with Don, the 3rd party in our trio, and we shall then spend a few days there, visiting the british museum (YEAH!) and going to see a broadway play and do the Jack the Ripper walk (amongst other things...:P) it is then that we shall flip to Paris for a few days and then its off to Italy for xmas! Yeah!
well, i hope this update is a bit more informative--i probably wont get pics up until after i get home unless i get some uploaded at the Chesebros (who we are staying with in Italy...)
alrighty...im going to go to sleep for a few wee hours...cheers!

well, i am here--in the land of kilts and bagpipes...*i havent seen any though...;)
i arrived around 8am this morning and spent several hours hopping from bus to bus and then taxi to meet with lisa at her flat--she wasnt expecting me, as i found her with a towel on her head--having just hopped from the shower...haha...
anyways, edinburgh is a LOVELY city--so beautiful with TONS of gothic inspired architecture...i have decided i shall have to return here for a more extended stay some day...
well, this is short cause lisa and i are headed out to do some shopping and whatnot--and then apparently we are hanging out with Rory and Ewan later tonight...fun times...then at 6:50am we fly out to London!!!
more news to come later...:)

here is another story, a bit delayed in the putting up online...:P
so i was at the uaf library the other day, and since i had some time between my uaf theatre job and my first class, i decided to go check my email at the uaf library...
i sat down at one of the farthest away computer consules and as i was in the middle of an email to kelsie, a guy came and sat down at the computer next to me. i didnt glance up at him, i just carried on about my business, but out of the corner of my eye, i noticed he would lean back and look at me. This bothered me. Alot. So i made a little sidenote in my email to kelsie and said, "so, im at the uaf library and there is a guy who keeps looking around at me and i dont like it, i want him to go away..." So i then sent my email and then i got onto my myspace to check my messages there as well. the boy next to me kept looking around the corner, and i never looked at him because i just hate looking at stupid boys who as soon as i look at them, will make some sort of oglying gesture at me...*sick
so the boy then leaves...*thank the lord
it is not soon after he leaves, that i get a message on myspace. I go to check the message and its from "tony" (i dont know any tony's) and the title of the message is "hi sweetie". *great, i think to myself--its probably just another freaky boy leaving me a "wanna be my friend?" message. and i was right, but i just didnt know how creepy...i opened the message and it said, "i think your beautiful, and i can see you right now at the uaf library".....
ok, we have officially crossed the line in the world of creepyness....
i decide to pretend that i never read the message, (i wasnt going to look around for the guy because from where i was sitting i knew that he couldnt see me and be on a computer at the same time) so i signed out of myspace and i then sent another email to kelsie explaining that should i one day turn up missing, to hack into my myspace and find this "tony" boy...
by this time, the boy who was next to me has returned...
and this time i look at him, to get a nice little physcial description to file away mentally in my "creepy" file.
*about 5'8 or so, wide nose, and looks to be half african american and indian (from india). was wearing a blue stocking cap so i couldnt see his hair, no facial hair...
i then leave and as i do, i walk around and view HIS computer screen and yes, he was on myspace and his name is "tony"
*the scumbag...
so i left and made sure he didnt follow me. later, i got on his profile and found only that his name is "tony" and he is 23. he has no pictures, no info about at him all, and the only comment on his page is from a girl saying, "so, when do i get to see what you look like?"
creepy...
so i saved my message should i need it (it gives me a direct link to his pathetic little page) and i blocked him from messaging me, although i wish i could block him from viewing my profile...this stuff makes me want to delete my profile more and more...the LAST creepy guy that wanted to befriend me had his entire page devoted to finding someone to have sex with him AND his wife...*shock and mortification....
so, to all of you who surf the net and have online profiles, especially you girls--be careful...*and consider buying a gun...;)

Top Ten Ways to Freak Out Your Roommate
10) Collect potatoes. Paint faces on them and give them names. Name one after your roommate. Separate your roommate's potato from the others. Wait a few days, and then bake your roommate's potato and eat it. Explain to your roommate, "He just didn't belong."
9) Move everything to one side of the room. Ask your roommate if he knows how much an elephant weighs, and look at the floor on the empty side of the room with concern.
8) Draw a tiny black line on your nose. Make it bigger every day. Look at it and say, "The hair, it's growing. Growing!"
7) Buy some knives. Sharpen them every night. While you're doing so, look at your roommate and mutter, "Soon, soon...."
6) Collect hundreds of pens and pile them on one side of the room. Keep one pencil on the other side of the room. Laugh at the pencil.
5) Tell your roommate, "I've got an important message for you." Then pretend to faint. When you recover, say you can't remember what the message was. Later on, say, "Oh, yeah, I remember!" Pretend to faint again. Keep this up for several weeks.
4) While your roommate is out, glue your shoes to the ceiling. When your roommate walks in, sit on the floor, hold your head, and moan.
3) Make a sandwich. Don't eat it, leave it on the floor. Ignore the sandwich. Wait until your roommate gets rid of it, and then say, "Hey, where the heck is my sandwich!?" Complain loudly that you are hungry.
2) Every time your roommate walks in yell, "Hooray! You're back!" as loud as you can and dance around the room for five minutes. Afterwards, keep looking at your watch and saying, "Shouldn't you be going somewhere?"
1) Talk back to your Rice Krispies. All of a sudden, act offended, throw the bowl on the floor and kick it. Refuse to clean it up, explaining, "No, I want to watch them suffer."
*giggle, laugh, snort.....
